How do members add cards to their Wallet?
Members simply tap the link in their email or on your website. Apple users add to Apple Wallet, Android users add to Google Wallet. It's that simple - no app downloads required.
Can I update expiry dates without reissuing cards?
Yes! Update any field in your dashboard or via API, and the pass updates automatically in the member's Wallet. No reissuing required.
What scan formats do you support?
We support QR codes (recommended), Code128/39 barcodes, and NFC scanning. Our scanner works online and offline for maximum flexibility.
Do you have an API for integrations?
Yes! Our RESTful API allows you to create/update members, issue/revoke passes, and listen to events via webhooks. Full documentation available.
What if a member changes their phone?
